I know Tenshi was confirmed small, but the chart with the three fairies of light, has them standing more than a meter tall, where I believe a canonical source stated at least Luna Child at a mere 75cm. So these heights could be from the artist's own personal preference?

Er, that canonical source you posted is also drawn by the artist of this picture. The artists can draw the heights however they want, of course.

The official mangas and such are probably a better source for canon-ish (ZUN's a bit loose with height). This Japanese wiki page tries to guess the heights based on various sources (though it's not recent). Hirasaka Makoto is possibly the most accurate since he consistently emails ZUN for character info every time a new character shows up in Three Fairies.

Slightly shorter than Reimu and Sanae, fits with her sprite size in AoCF and HM.

I didn't post or link to any canonical sources. Sorry if I was not clear on that. The 75 ~ <100cm fairies was only an example of one using either ZUN's own heights or carefully extracted measurements from sources by fans. Thank you for the wiki link. I see fans are trying to extract character information from sprites and official manga pages, which probably is not an easy task, like the SSiB page there has a Chen towering about the same height as Ran. People seem to get the rough estimate either way.
