I am only seeing a 3koma of a stereotypical anime opening, where first the protagonist appears on screen. Then love interest number 1 appears and begins to rub herself all over the protagonist, followed by love interest number 2 coming in to contest that territory with the protagonist usually being caught in the middle of it.
