    Those guys cheered with him because they thought he had passed the exam, when in fact he let out that enthusiastic yell due to Sweater-chan's offer for the 2nd Term (Let him touch her boobs, without the sweater in between).

    Specifically, she says that this time, it would be fine to honk her breasts if he passed.

    (This is a really impassioned tutor if she's willing to go spiral-eyes for this... I hope she's getting paid something decent.)
