Yamashiro is shaped by her conditions. Her friends ignored her problems, and then blamed her for feeling the way she did when she was suicidal. She was essentially bullied and psychologically shattered by the Koungou class girls because their own onee-sama worship got in the way.
Kind of reminds me of the Star Wars prequels. It's how you write a protagonist into an unsympathetic villain.
Maybe their misfortune is just karma hitting them really hard. Mostly for Yamashiro.

Now this, THIS is a story I’d enjoy reading. I’m not quite sure if it is schadenfreude, but for some reason there is very little I find more satisfying than watching some jackass/bitch have karma rip them apart so ruthlessly and systematically that they are left with every reason to want to kill themself.

I never did say either of them were right; that's why I emphasized the "ALL" part. I can see why my post can be a little confusing.
On one hand I really hate what Yamashiro did. On the other hand I can understand why she did it. She is constantly unlucky. Probably doesn't get along with many of the other ships due to her reputation. The only positive constant in her life was her sister who was always kind to her. Despite her quirks. Now that sister was going to be taken away from her leaving her all alone. To some fault of her own but also due to her terrible luck. Maybe without the Kongou sisters manipulation and if Fusou spend more time with her despite being married to the admiral things would have turned out differently.
I think this is all the Admiral's fault imho, we all know these ladies are ridiculously strong and have the tendency to be unstable at times especially the Fusou sisters with their trauma about misfortunes and stuff and he should have known better than to just take away one and expect the other to just let go without a fight. It's not like these girls have anything else to do and have personal lives outside the Naval base so why expect them to be at ease when one of their own gets taken away, and how the heck did he have such a small level of authority over his ship girls as they can just kidnap his sorry arse from where ever the hell Kirishima got him from so easily? I understand Bacius wanted this to be some sort of love comedy but his art just radiates so much emotions that it feels more like a suspense drama genre that can turn into horror or gore anytime. Welp for me I love it and his portrayal of Yamashiro's desperation and the airhead Kongou sisters really gave off the vibe of "They are not just pretty faces". XD

I agree completely, It was Kirishima's "tactical advise" that lead to giving the already mentally and emotionally unstable Yamashiro the opportunity. Again, I believe this fiasco could have been averted if not for the Admiral's lack of control over the situation and his ship girls, furthermore, this situation will also spur distrust throughout the fleet and he won't be fit to lead them to battle anymore. I hope Bacius does make a conclusion to this mess.
Umm... she did stop Yamashiro from committing suicide to become an abyssal that would probably use her super-strength grudge to become an even more terrifying hime than any we have seen before, so I think Hiei's not really deserving the focus of blame, here.

She lied about rape to further her own agenda. Kirishima may have set the situation up, but she backed away at the last second and tried to tidy the mess up herself. Yamashiro dropped in, saw an advantage, interrupted any attempt to clear up a misunderstanding and in all likelihood instigated divorce proceedings under false charges and engineered circumstances to generate a favorable outcome at the very likely cost of one man's reputation and livelihood, not to mention his own emotional damage from an encounter. His own wife believing her sister over his protests echoes something of a reverse "Streetcar Named Desire", which is a tragedy in itself.
This is about as funny as Joker abusing Harley Quinn in the comic issue "Mad Love" or if that's too heavy for you, Harley's attempts at going clean in "Harleyquinade". This kind of comedy only works if there's an actual pay-off. Bomber Grape's slapstick works because the back and forth is continuous. THIS doesn't work because it ends on a note with a character lying and playing the victim to get what she wants. It's like taking the laugh track off "Big Bang Theory" and you realize just how horrible all the jokes really are.

Self-infliction is rarely cathartic. It writes the character out of the events. In a story, living with the consequences of a decision, selfish, selfless or stupid provides more of a release. If Yamashiro dies, she doesn't have to look herself in the mirror to see the Hell she has made for herself. Allowing her to live, be ostracized, treated with disdain and suspicion to compound with her loss of the one person that held her to a fair standard in her greed is an outcome more than fitting for her. Allowing her to die would mean the end of her reflection. As a writer, I cannot allow an easy escape.
I won't do anything external like kill her or maim her, but allowing her to actually stew in the sludge? That's a setting worth going with.

What in the world are you talking about? A write-up for a hypothetical situation is hardly an attack on a character. Do you see the three last panels of the comic above? That's meant to be the artist's punchline. He also draws Yamashiro in such a way (not the expression in the third to last) that her eyes are wide to the point that she is trembling with joy at the misery of her sister's husband. And don't you damn well pretend that this isn't just because it's Yamashiro. If I took the same action and applied it to another character, you'd be going "Oh, it's horrible!". I expanded on the ending to give readers a full look into the consequences.
You're also forgetting that Yamashiro isn't the only fucking person in the story. FUSOU is, too. How would you feel finding out that your sister lied to you about her husband putting sexual advances on her for the sole sake of having her all to herself? Hell, the Admiral was a monogamous man that loved Fusou and only Fusou. How do you think HE would feel having his reputation tarnished and the woman he loved believing him to be some sort of criminal; a deviant?
You don't write the comedy up without giving it closure. Bacius made two mistakes with this script:
1. He provided no sort of catharsis and ended it on the same note that "Streetcar of Desire" did. 2. He left too big of an opening to left it unexplored by potential sequels or speculation for writers to exploit/explore in theme.
And if you're supporting Yamashiro here, you better give the next person who does the same thing a high-five. Precedent counts.
I know realistically this is supposed to be a shitty thing for Yamashiro to do but, Oh boy, do i love her and i can't helped but giggling at this.
But really, Fusou also loves Yamashiro as well and this is comedy in context. Yamashiro does not actually have bad intentions, she just felt lonely and in the spur of the moment fell prey to desire. The outcome i actually would expect when Fusou finds out this whole shenanigans is for her to just scold Yamashiro and later hug her and apologize for making her felt lonely.
