it's not really a specific episode, it just comes from one of the ending animations. this is probably from the the 3rd or 4th one i think.

I remember this ending. It shows Eureka and Anemone as if they were more grown up, I'd say around age 18 or so. They both look pretty good, XD.

i dunno about all that, but it was showing them mostly though.
