Being flat has nothing to do with height, losing weight will not make you any taller than your genetics would have normally allowed nor will being lightweight cause you to outgrow someone who weighs more. The only way weight would have a legitimate effect on your height is if you were morbidly obese and you lost a few hundred pounds, and even then it wouldn't be a massive change in height. Having a small chest doesn't inherently make you healthier, either.
