I think it's not so much this guy having some bias agaisnt Rosa as much as it is you being a little to obsessed over her. When most people say "I can never look at so and so character the same way again" when talking about porn they usually aren't serious. Also how many doujins use potions or spells or accidental coincidences as plot devices? far to many so something different now and then is great.
It's not necessarily bias against Rosa, but bias FOR Rydia. Rosa is an obstacle to the possibility of Cecil and Rydia being a couple, so what does he do? Make Rosa into corrupting slut, so that rather than looking like a man-stealing bitch, Rydia continues to look sweet and innocent. He needs some way to make it seem like it fits fine, turning Rosa into the complete opposite of who she truly is takes care of that.

Besides, he DID use a plot device in the first one, but only for Rydia: Bacchus' Wine. He didn't use it for Rosa in the few brief panels he needed to show that she screwed Kain in secret then shamelessly goes back to Cecil.

Wrong artist/circle. You're thinking of the doujinshi "Koishite Ii Desu Tomo", but that one was done by Youmedo. This one is by Kure Masahiro.
From the perspective of someone who's never played the game and knows little of it, I can only comment on the art, which is excellent, and something about the femdom thing is incredibly hot, so I found it very enjoyable.

Same, and usually I don't mind this femdom stuff, but she's being a total skanky mean bitch and it's so different from usual, or maybe it's because FF4 is my favorite and I don't like seeing her act like this. But yeah, not a big fan of this either.
