Translation credit goes to homosexualwalrus. I did add a "what" for the なんだけど in the third panel, but there may be a better way of translating that so I tagged this with check translation.

なんだけど isn't used as a question (ie. 何だけど), but as sentence ender (〜なんだ + けど), so "what" wouldn't really the best way to translate it. I think leaving it as was used in the original translation would be better, though if you really want something you could use a "but" instead of "what".
