As i lurk in e-hentai, i saw artist tag which they conclude that both Bacius and Samerupa are the same person. So...yeah, i think so.

So maybe Bacius is more like a PG-13 art, and Samerupa, the NSFW art. You can see similitudes between Bacius and Samerupa's art
