About the issue at hand: I can't see anything which specifically makes this a tribute to her. I am curious as to what prompted Mazryonh to ask.

@ice73 The picture set doesn't look like it belongs specifically to a "retro anime" collection, and Gundam ZZ isn't the most fondly remembered of Gundam anime series. Unless it was a one-off doodle, less popular characters like this one generally get pictures as part of a tribute to a late voice actor or a less-well-known show in general.

Well, I looked before, and again, and I have to say it looks like just a one-off doodle. Poor Chieko Honda. Fond as I am of KOR, I never dreamed she and Hiromi Tsuru would pass away before I did. That's just how things are, I suppose.
