According to her in-game lines, she is basically omnicidal and wants to kill all her allies, as well as enemies, and pretty much anything that lives. At the very least, Roon needs to go down, because she's more of a threat to "her own side" (if you can say she's on any side at all) than the enemy.

At least Graf Zeppelin hating the world is one thing, Roon's omnicidal killbot mode WHILE ENJOYING IT is... ringing some SAN alarms.
