I did run this image through saucenao and checked the artist's Pixiv and it doesn't seem to be there - seems to be a Twitter exclusive as of the time of this writing.
I'm also unsure if I should tag this as nichijou, given that it resembles a scene where aioi_yuuko is eating a sausage cut into the shape of an octopus. It might just be coincidental, though, and given the lack of commentary I don't want to tag something that might be incorrect.
