So what's your usual process? Scale up, edit, scale down?

depends on the picture, but it's a lot easier to edit an image which has a higher pixelrate.

Usually i don't scale down, since the pictures basic resolution is good for editing.

He's right. Upscale makes things seem more natural and those edits will end up looking like stock.

Anyway, I have to give you a bad record for your abusive response to Anonymous. Secondly, for spending way too much time looking at enlarged penises. Thirdly, for putting the apostrophe on the wrong side of "'bout".
