I'm afraid his daughter already does that to her before him. What she needs is some romantic words about how he loves her chest no matter the size is, followed by some quality time inside their room.

This is just another gag manga, really. Compare it to his Kancolle works, this is more in the lines of his KC 3komas than it is the stand-alone stories which tend to be more serious. The 3Komas tend to be "dirtier" than the stand-alones.
