    On the other side of that crescent-shaped building, the path continued to the park central.

    The management centers (管理センター) appears in a map of Japari Park (image) included in the official guidebook vol. 1 (p. 30) and Kemono Friends Yoshizaki Mine Concept Design Exhibitions.

    Judging from the commentary, they seem to be at the Central Management Center (中央管理センター) in right north of Central Arcade, or Park Central in Kantoo Region.
