Akashi + Toolkit + SuperSoaker 50 = major flooding casualty

I expect a fully functional water laser cannon, or I'll be mildly disappointed in Akashi's 'fooling around again' skills.

If this is new, please add it to the pool; if it is a reupload of something old, please parent it to the old upload. With a series this long, a post like this will get lost if you don't. (Plus it's a pain to rearrange posts into proper order if you don't make sure everything is put into the pool in order in the first place.)
