She has a lot of lines ending -のです which was basically her way of speaking (not really a verbal tic as it does have grammatical meaning) but had a battle start line of "なのです" (by itself, and thus meaningless), which attracted rather a lot of attention even back then. A further 4 uses of "なのです" were added in Feb 2014 to make it into something of a verbal tic, but this is only after either remodel or marriage. This is the point at which this comic was presumably written - it was released originally for Summer Comiket 2014. Then the anime played up the なのです like crazy and they later included it to about half of her seasonal lines, including twice in a row on one occasion.

This comic doesn't even include any -のです which is very unusual, although she doesn't exactly say much.
