So what, was he hit with an extremely localized aging beam?

In case you didn't know, having Vitiligo on scalp causes the local hair to turn white, too.

Wanna have that strange white lock of hair like in the anime? Get vitiligo!

It's not just white hair, though, it seems as though the wrinkles are more numerous and deeper, and the eyebrow goes to a wilder, more bushy brow, making it seem more like a localized aging.

(Plus, it's not like such a thing is out of place in stories about secret international facilities researching alien artifacts...)

I dunno about the wrinkles and the eyebrows: the lower-left drawing has the full face, and the wrinkles looks about the same on both sides. Ditto with the eyebrows-the three small stripes just before the brows bend downward are also present on the left side, as indicated on the lower right picture. If anything, the first picture on the upper left made the wrinkles on the affected area looks more pronounced because the angle it was drawn.

(also, everyone knows that aging does not make your skin any whiter. If anything, it puts things called age spots on it.)

I met a guy once who was exposed to Agent Orange in the Viet Nam War. He was in a chopper and his flight suit covered the rest of his body, so only his head and hands were a much lighter color than the rest of his body.
