It's time for some digital fan art yayy~! Heart

I had this little poll some time ago and I asked which touhou-character would people like to see me turn into a
phoenix. Byakuren Hijiri [link] won hands down and I have to admire the
beauty this character holds. ZUN, you may draw awfully, but you really know how to make designs and music~

I'm pleased with the pic, especially the background which isn't random for once. (I took reference from the
background of Byakuren's stage in the game, Touhou 12 - Undefined Fantastic Object) I also like how her crest and
wings look. :3 I could've used more time with the magic scrolls coming from her back but whatever... <.< They were
difficult already.

It was refreshing to make some digital art. I can't call it "drawing" anymore, it's just "making". That's how I feel
these days. I like the results I get but the drawing process seems to be just some boring step to reach the goal.
Thank god "drawing" is so rewarding or I wouldn't make big pieces like this at all.
