@radarae818 Use the translation_request tag to request a translation. For that matter, this post is extremely short on tags and lacks any source. Please see howto:upload and howto:tag for guidance on how to upload and tag posts.
Posts without any source are unlikely to be approved, and when they're single pages from a possibly commercial doujin with no source, they are extremely unlikely to be approved.
EDIT: OK, apparently, you're posting more than just one page... see howto:pools as well. If you're uploading multiple posts meant to be seen in order, add them to or create a pool for them.
