Are those Clannad and Kanon's uniforms?

Sure looks like it. Nanoha might be Makoto (from the hair ribbons, although she never wore that school uniform), but I can't tell who Fate is supposed to be, it doesn't quite look like Kotomi or Misae.

If anything Nanoha is Mai, but it's probably just cosplay.
