True, cuz as we know, Kishimoto hates women. Imagine how it'd be. The story would start revolving around Sasuke or some other male character, going several issues with them with only brief mention of the actual protagonist, making the male character gain dozens of super powers, breaking the rules Kishi had stablished in his ninja world, and giving them deux es machina over machina while making Naruko use only "upgraded" versions of stuff she already had.

look at Nanoha, at first appears to be the classic magical girl shoujo manga, until you find out about Nanoha's "Peace through superior fire power" motto. of all the people I know that have seen it, more than half are guys, and they all agree it is aimed for male fans
