The heroine of Weekly Shounen Jump's new serialization "We can't study", Ogata Rizu, Ricchan, is excessively cute so I've decided to recommend it. Even though she's short her breasts are big, she has fair skin, and she can't meet your gaze because she's shy. For these reasons, she is the personification of cuteness.
