There's a Peanuts strip where Snoopy thinks that dragonflies seal your mouth and make you starve to death. Dunno if that is what's freakin' Tenshi out, but it's something.

Maybe she just really doesn't like bugs.

Also, if a firefly sat on my face, I'd react like this too. Have you ever looked at those things up close? They're grotesque!

I've got it all but the first word bubble. I suck at interpreting hand-written kanji and can't figure out the verb.

There was no verb. First kanji is 赤, second is 秋.

The joke is she's a celestial and she's scared of the Dragons of Gensokyo.

Well, that's a logical interpretation in English, but in Japanese dragonflies are not associated with dragons (as far as I know.)

Pixiv description just says "I feel like Tenshi would be scared of bugs".
