It’s no joke, those red bean bars can become seriously hard. Problem is, it just made you want to try to bite through harder (at least, it was for me when I was younger).

Though, they last a really long time because of that.

Ice + anything fibrous = super hard. Someone made sword using pykrete, another person made kitchen knife using ice and cotton balls. It cuts fairly well, too.
