... Kiyohime is a dragonkin by dint of her legend, where she became one out of sheer force of her emotions despite being a completely ordinary human girl. I wouldn't exactly label her as "normal" (she even has the dragonkin trait in-game). In terms of feats, I would place her above Hassan of Serenity but below Minamoto no Raikou.

Would "compromise" be a better word than "compensation"?

Funny enough, Kiyo's new My Room lines seem to imply this is canon, ie. they compromise and decide their turns using Rock-Paper-Scissors. Oh, and Frankenstein(Saber?) apparently competes regularly too.

For bonus hilarity points, Summer Kiyohime is the only Servant who openly supports the idea of a harem for the Master...

It's just that she wants the harem to be comprised solely of Kiyohime variants! She literally states in her FGO Materials book profile that she wants as many Kiyohime variants as their are versions of Artoria!

That way she still technically has the Master all to "herself", and the various Kiyohimes can work together to fend off other suitors while keeping the Master from escaping! Her dialogue in her Mats profile shows her trying to convince her Berserker self that this is a great idea!

She truly is a frightfully cunning yandere, specifically because she's willing to compromise to get what she wants!
