This is directly taken from chapter 60 after Su-Ah (Appears in Chapter 6) gets taken over by this weird slime monster thing, and THEN A WEIRD GOD THINGY TAKES OVER HER BODY INSTEAD.

So this whole picture is just a huge spoiler for the story....
