Technically, it was auto-approved because the uploader has the Unrestricted Uploads privilege, and rating only applies to sexual content, not blood or violence.

You might want to put tags like murder or guro on your blacklist, though.

I think something is totally not right here.

As NWSiaCB and OOZ662 already mentioned, rating is only affected by how much sexual content the image has. Blood or violence doesn't matter in rating.

I guess you could petition for this to be changed but personally, I'd just blacklist the tags I don't like.

Judging by his works I think it's safe to say this guy isn't right in the head.

There was that Danny Phantom Brony shooter, Randy Stair. He did all sorts of edgy stuff projected on to children cartoons. One day he packed two ammo bags full of ammunition and went on a killing spree. He killed like..... three, which includes himself. What a fucking waste of space, people like that.
