I'm not fond of doing mistranslation unless I'm 99% sure of what I'm writting.
And because I've seen so many mistranslation before (to the point to wonder if it's rather a rewrite), I said myself that if they're not sure, better not translate at all.
So I'm kinda applying my (silly) own rule here.

Otherwise... May I ask your assistance on this one, @NNescio ?

Grammatically it parses as a single word with a long prenominal predicate (i.e. a sentence converted into a descriptor for a noun) attached to it. Doesn't sound unnatural in Japanese, but needs some rephrasing when translated as trying to reproduce the grammatical structure in English would end up sounding awkward.

I reworded it as follows to hopefully make it more easily understood:

••••「正体がわたしだ」
••とも知らないのに
••慌てふためく
アイツの顔

With some of the more archaic/poetic words switched out for more modern ones, plus using bullet points to indicate the level of nesting.

Yeah, as I thought, my translation was a bit different as I thought it would be a future action and not something that already happened.

You're welcome.

It could be a future action, but the previous ケッサクだったな indicates it (seeing Mario's face) has already occurred.

(Otherwise it would be 「だろう」 [for imagining Mario's future reaction) or 「だ」 [if she's saying her face is a masterpiece])
