Sources are mandatory for uploads. You should not be uploading from your computer most of the time, you should be using tools like the bookmarklet to link the source.
Tagging is mandatory. You should be tagging your own uploads, not just throwing them out there, then making a comment telling other people how to tag them. If you can't be bothered to tag your works, don't bother uploading at all. Tags should include character names, artist names, copyright (the show it comes from), as well as many general tags, such as that there is 1girl with short hair, pink hair, pink eyes, tears, ahegao, nude, large breasts, sex, hetero, cum in pussy, on back, penis, etc. It shouldn't be hard for you to get at least 10 physical characteristic tags in for any given character in an image as a general rule of thumb just based on hair styles, clothing styles, facial expressions and body poses, alone.
If you can't source and tag your uploads, it is significantly less likely they will be approved. (And you shouldn't expect this one to be approved, anyway, as its quality is less than great to start with.)
