While I agree with that based on how she acts... Akatsuki is like, 8 on a good day. 6 on a bad one.

That brings up the age long question of "when would it be okay?" should she just eternally be banned from romancing as she likely won't really get more mature as she doesn't physically age (in most Kancolle settings atl). Making her wait will not change anything about her maturity (experience might, but that takes a pretty long time to build up)

This essentially boggles down to personal morals and ideals rather than anything that can be rightly out be said to be "right" or "wrong"

Kind of annoying tbh.
