This is starting to look like it might actually have a happy ending, somehow. I hope it does.

Holy crap so many questions concerning timelines and motives answered in 4 pages.

• Indy is pretty-much confirmed to not be the shipgirl whose death Zuikaku feels responsible for. There's another sinking we don't know of.
• The USN, it seems, joined the fleet at a later date than most of the powerhouses. That, or there was a schism between the differing nations before a "Union Festival" was held. I believe the former.
• Enty has always been bashful around Zuikaku. Cute.
• Yorktown's "JUSTICE!" routine was simply cover for her real motivation: she lost the first thing to ever give her hope (the commander) and felt like all her "allies" had turned traitorous with all of the infighting and such. Having such hope given to you and then snatched away so suddenly would make anybody snap. Dunno about everyone who followed her though...
