Ghost in the hotness

Not a condom, one of those frozen snacks where you generally snap it in half (or snip off the top tab thing on the top half of the image). Forgot the name of it but this is definitely one of those. Removing condom tag.

It's spanish what we call them is Bolees, but not sure what they are called in english.
