    I mistyped the numbers when i downsized it(i typed 874 insted of 784).

    Oh and btw. I didnt use any blur effect on the previous upload.It was like that from the beginning.

    So you upscaled, and then downscaled it. That will almost always make the picture blurry. Should've just zoomed the view in the editor, and not upscaled it in the first place, then, to avoid the blurriness.

    I use the proper algorythm so it won't be blurry(for most of the time) And-although i already explain to some other anon- the picture will become a lot easier to edit at a higher pixelrate. At low pixelrate picture-such at this- 90% of the time i resize it so i can edit it with more accuracy.
