    Tried a few photoshop tricks, repaired a few things(like her feet.look at the parent picture) and this is the result.Enjoy.

    Wow, blurry lines and ringing, the best of both worlds! If there was any doubt before, this picture proves that your method does not work. Time to give up.

    Ringing (ghosting) means contrast edges creating shadows a few pixels over. You see it for example around her neck and shoulders. It happens when you do a non-linear interpolation while upscaling/downscaling, or with some 5x5 or larger filters.

    You seriously need to find a program where you can edit a pic without first upscaling it and then downscaling it again later. Or at least learn how to upscale+downscale in a way that doesn't kill the quality dead.

    Thanks for the info. It seems i have to give upon resizing the picture. (i use photoshop and the option Bicubic Smoother and Sharper, but it seems it won't work) Too bad since editing was much easier in higher pixelrate.

    Although i can't see the difference in the main picture and mine, except mine is blurry a little.
