Not sure if Ka-Ri-Su-Ma-Ha is translated as Charisma or Charisma, huh?

I'll put it as Charisma, huh?

Do they go after those with Charisma and then destroy it or do they simply leech off the Charisma to grow stronger.

Note that the the final は is in hiragana, not katakana. It's the topic marking particle は (wa), with the rest of the sentence being dropped as it can be inferred from context (this is actually quite common in conversational Japanese and in rhetoric, to add emphasis).

For elision after は, the implied remaining part of the sentence is usually some sort of wh-predicate (what/where/how/etc.). Here it's likely 「カリスマはどうなった?」

I do realize the final "Ha" is in hiragana, I just wasn't sure how to interpret it.

    But thanks for the correction.
