The legs and what sorta looks like a radiation symbol probably means she's suppose to be Metal Gear REX. The gun doesn't look like REX's railgun at all, though.
it's crying wolf legs and rail gun match that of hers and well the ears and tail were the give away though i dont suppose the artist got the memo that crying wolf was from africa
