Doubt it, IIRC this dates from back before Strikers was announced, It's by the guy who did the Nanoha-Blackhawk Down parody but I don't know if he has a tag.

Well, the basics for Strike Witches and mecha musume in general also dates back several years, so I'd still say its plausible. Someone seems to have added the tag regardless though.
