Just what is Nazrin's relation to Kogasa and Sanae?

No friend will be so enthusiastic in going out of their way to do favours for other (volunteering to organize the 18hr karaoke marathons to the extent of even roping in their mother to cook for them).

Also, if you look further back, Nazrin is the only person who has the privilege of driving Kogasa's car and traveling together with Sanae. And when Nazrin makes a request, Kogasa almost never turns her down regardless of the situation.
