This seems to be a list of her pokemon. I'm unfamiliar with the specifics of the game, but presumably she is resetting her DS over and over again, attempting to generate/hatch/whatever a pokemon that is in some way optimal.

It looks like she's trying to get perfect IVs on a pokemon.

That's like trying to win the lottery while getting hit by lightning.

But usually people have to get the pokemon to lvl 100 without EVs to actually get a feel of what IVs your pokemon got...

Either way it's a massive pain in the butt.

Seems she's looking for a Cresselia with a good nature.
