Partially because I'm only good at being a Medic anyhow.

If Eirin is a medic, I wonder will the call become
medic = "Eirin!" or "Help me Eirin!!"

It would be the former as none of the "Medic!" calls involve asking for help in fact the only one that's not really just "Medic!" or "Doctor!" is "Doc, come on man!" from the scout. Yes I know this is a seriously reply to a joke, but I don't really find that meme funny so there. =p

Other then that not much would really change since the Medic is already a nutter of questionable morals who seems as likely to experiment on as heal people.

Fun fact, there is an Eirin model for TF2.

At least consider the fact the creator worked hard to make it! It's not really the model's problem, it's the animations.

Actually, they're not THAT horrible. Needs more work, definitely, but miles away from horrible.

Suika: HELP ME, EIRIN!
*Suika is quickly blown from her wheelchair by a trio of rockets and lands face first in several feet in front of Eirin. Eirin adjusts her hat, flips a trigger on her medigun and quickly heals Suika, who tears away her bandages, picks up her gourd of sake, nods at Eirin, and rejoins the battle.*

Eirin quickly points the medigun at Aya and repeats the process. Aya shakes her head as a missing tooth is restored and a black eye removed, then gives a thousand watt grin before flipping over, grabbing her fan, and rushing off.

Aya: WOOHOO!

Finally out

*Marisa sees a horde of BLU Soldier fairies approaching*
Marisa: Eirin! Are you sure this will work?
Eirin: Ha ha, I have NO IDEA!
*Eirin flips another switch on her medi-gun, causing it to shudder a bit. She uses it on Marisa, who begins to glow red while yelling. Marisa takes a missle to the face, but keeps moving ahead, Eirin using her as a human shield*
Marisa: I AM BULLET PROOF!
*Nearby, Nitori and Patchouli watch with awe as Eirin and Marisa begin to mow down the attacking fairies. They then stand on a mountain of corpses, complete with doves flying around, and dramatic lighting*
*TF2 closing theme*

*Everyone is in a waiting room. Nitori is playing her guitar, Mokou is reading a book and playing with a lighter, Sakuya is looking at a picture, Reimu is standing at attention, Suika is drinking from her gourd, and Patchouli is asleep*
Eirin: That looks good, very nice there...yes...
Aya: Hey, thanks, doc!
*The door bursts open, and everyone turns to it to see Aya standing there, her chest glowing slightly*
Aya: Oh man, you would not BELIEVE...how much this hurts!
*Suddenly, noises come from inside Aya. Her smile drops, and she looks confusedly at her chest. Behind her, Eirin suddenly tenses up*

That actually brings to mind a question I've had for a while:
Does SFM even work with custom models, such as the Touhou Fortress models?

That's only half of the equation.

The other half will be the voices. Will this be a fandub or something?

*Explosion from behind the hillside, Aya and a wheelchair-bound Suika rush over the hill. Tense music begins*.

Someone should edit Imperishable Night to change Eirin's boss theme to "MEDIC!"
