I can't tell which one you're talking about because that seems a rather strange way of looking at the situation, regardless. It seems to presume that the self-serving party officials who let broad swathes of "their people" die to enrich themselves are the "same people" as the ones who did the starving and were to be shot if they did anything that might prevent starvation. Regardless, my response was to the idea that "Communism let everyone access to food" is not exactly accurate, unless you genuinely are arguing they had access to food and just chose to starve by the millions for no reason.
