She doesn't seem to have an entire department of the soul-collection branch dedicated to dragging her deadbeat ass into the afterlife like Tenshi does.

I mean, from what I remember, her thing was less doing things herself and more manipulating the situation both to get other people to do it for her and that she gets whatever specific thing she wanted while taking all the credit.

For whatever reason Eiki and her Shinigami have a hard\-on for Celestials when it comes to dragging them to their appropriate deaths. Then again the Lunar citizens seems to be basically the same when it comes to Celestials but they seem to get a pass from the Enma.
