So, uh, crabs, like lobsters, by and large are more brown then red. The shells only turn red after being cooked.

Those arms aren't alive. Which may explain the pained expression on her face.

Those look like they're spider crab claws. Spider crabs are often reddish while alive, so she's fine, just upset.
