Here we also have a dish using pig's blood. It's kinda a stew. There's also BBQed blood cubes, though can't recall right now if that's pig or chicken blood. Got BBQed intestines as well, both pig and chicken. Chopped up pig's lung. Don't really have eels on gelatin thing... though there's a popular combination of a dried salted fish eaten with chocolate rice porridge.
