....What is there not to get? Haven't you played the game? I shall try to interpret this pic for you then. 1. All three commandos gathered in one spot. Who knows why they are in one spot and why they haven't killed each other... 2. A cryocopter(FTW) comes by and shrinks them. For what purpose? Who knows. 3. It flew its happy ass back whence it came from. 4. Natasha and Yuriko got pissed at Tanya b/c the copter and her are from the same (Allied) faction. 5. Natasha pelts Tanya with her once-sniper-rifle-turned-AK (lol), while Yuriko texts someone??? (well, she is a teen commando, and a schoolgirl at that, I guess...) 6. Tanya tries to redeem herself by offering her time belt. 7. They all manage to squeeze in together (which is a very hot scene, btw =D) and traveled back a few seconds to their original size. 8. They are all happy for each other and themselves for turning back into adults, but then immediately attacked each other due to possibly 1. their annoyance with each other when they were trying to fit into the time belt. (probably blaming the other for their size or too much skin contact. xD) 2. They are mortal enemies b/c they are of opposite faction. 3. It is a parody of the game tutorial where each factions' tanks joined together to teach the new commander (aka you or me) the basics of the game, basically coming to an agreement/truce until the end where they then turned on/attacked each other, due to their hostilities to one another and they finished training the new commander.
As for the leaders of the factions, well... I'm guessing since it's a battle royale/cat fight that it needed spectators/commentators? It's probably a Japanese culture thing from an anime or something.

Well, what was there not to love about them? If you like playing Allied, then their cryo ablities/support are a god-send to take down powerful units and buildings (although its annoying when you fight AGAINST them >.>). And I guess their shrink beams are useful sometimes (but I barely use any secondary abilities in the game, except for Shogun Executioner's SA "Omega Shockwave" =D) Of course, with this incident I love them even more as well. xD

Hey. George Takei is awesome. He made an excellent Emperor, and his role in the Sharp Aquos Quattron was hilariously awesome (I liked the commecial a lot since I knew it was him, as the Emperor of EotRS and that's what made it all the better. In fact, I even said in my mind when I first saw it "Hey! Isn't that the Emperor of the Rising Sun?").

Well, the AK receiver, trigger assembly and bolt carrier group are quite similar to the SVD ones, you could probably call them the same... to a certain degree. And an SVDS or SVU probably wouldn't do for the whole shrinking thing.
I think the name Tanya is a code name, kind of like a rumor that James Bond, much like 007, is not his real name but given to the person.
