So how DOSE Uploading on this site go anyway? (if there's an "Rules" page lead me too it) I understand that this isn't deviantart, and that when trying to become an artist of any kind there stuff is viewed apon in an narrow mined matter, but is.."BAD quality pic. This isn't deviant." really an reason to flag an upload? Could someone logility tell me cause I don't understand cause I never posted on this site.
