China is hte nickname for Hong Meiling, a gate guard for the scarlet devil mansion... and stage 3 boss in The Touhou 6 (first windows, EoSD)

She's often shown trying and failing, in short a joke character.... though one might wonder how she got the job.

really, she reminds me of a toll booth operator than a guard like China or Momoji.

Not much offical guards property wise, but as far as protectors... Kaguya has Eirin and Reisen.

Yumeko - guard/maid to Shinki, the same sort of aspect as Sakuya is to Remilia

Meiling being incompetent is fanon. In canon, she's good at her job, but Marisa is the only person that she has problems dealing with.

Yoshika is a guard. Arguably Hina as well, since it's her job to chase away lost humans.
