I don't know what you mean, I'm new uploading here :c
Seriously? When you upload an image, the notice is seen before you do so.
Before uploading, please read the how to upload guide. If you plan to upload your own art, you should read Danbooru's self-upload policy first. More suitable sites to uploading your own artwork include DeviantArt, Tumblr, Twitter, Pixiv, etc.

I mean that a favorite character of the DA account holder is mentioned in your username here so I was just saying my reasoning for adding the tag. If I'm mistaken and you didn't draw this then go ahead and remove the tag.

Well, I actually draw it, so I wanted to share it here, but I didn't know that it's wrong doing it :c

@SayakaMiki649 Uploading one's own art is against the rules. Danbooru is a reposting site mainly for Japanese artists where you can search for things in an English language. It is not suited for artists to curate their own work or leave comments on it the way that, say, DeviantArt allows.
Also, artists tend to be poor judges of their own work, and it invites a lot of drama to let users upload their own works only to see it be deleted. Simply not allowing people to upload their own work preemptively ends a lot of potential arguments.
This work is also heavily pixelated like it was upscaled significantly, which isn't a winning look. Upscaled images tend to get deleted for that reason alone.
