If this was the canon Poison, then it'd be a trap. There is clearly no penis on this one, though.

probably the U.S. Poison from Final Fight Revenge where she was a girl. But officially Yoshinoro Ono said he has his penis hidden. But damn he/she's one hot trap/woman.

Official statement Capcom USA's Final Fight Revenge says Poison's a girl in that storyline. FF-revenge btw is not canon.
